  • Does Dynawhizz deliver internationally? 

Yes. For international customers, you can choose shipping services provided by FedEx Express, DHL Express, or national post (Registered Post, Global Air Parcel). Delivery time depends on the country and the shipping method. It is important that a correct address in English is provided. Most parcels will be delivered during business hours on weekdays, so please ensure you or someone trusted will be able to receive them. In some cases, the parcel is stored at the post/courier counter locally. Please make sure to check the tracking regularly and pick up your parcel as soon as possible, because parcels will be returned if they are not claimed within a certain period of time.

  • How is the international shipping works?

It depends on the shipping method you choose. Here are the different delivery processes:

 

FedEx:

FedEx picks up the parcel directly from Germany and delivers it to you by local FedEx or its local partners. Parcels are subjected to check by customs and destination. Taxes and duties may apply subject to the country's rules & regulations (customers have to settle directly with FedEx). Please check the country rules before purchase. The local FedEx office may charge a handling fee for customs clearance service. It takes an estimated 2 - 10 working days depending on the destination.

 

DHL Express:

DHL Express picks up the parcel directly from Germany and delivers it to you by local DHL express or its local partners. Parcels are subjected to check by customs and destination. Taxes and duties may apply subject to the country's rules & regulations (customers have to settle directly with DHL Express). Please check before purchase. The local DHL office may charge a handling fee for customs clearance. It takes an estimated 1 - 10 working days depending on the destination.

 

Post service, Global Air:

Handled by Deutsche (German) Post in Germany and delivered by the destination's national post, e.g., USPS, Saudi Post, Royal Mail, Emirates Post Group, PostNord. Parcels are subjected to random check by customs and destination. Taxes and duties may apply subject to the country's rules & regulations (customers have to settle directly with the post). It takes an estimated 2 - 4 weeks of working days for delivery depending on the destination country. You will often have to collect your parcel at the local post office, please check your mailbox or contact the local post.

 

  • How to calculate shipping cost?

Add all products to the cart, then go to "Your Cart" and use the shipping calculator. International shipping rates vary depending on the country of destination, weight, volumetric dimension, and the shipping services provider.

 

  • When will Dynawhizz send my order?

Normally, your order will be packed and dispatched within 4 working days after the receipt of payment. Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have submitted at check out. Please remember to provide a correct address to avoid delivery failure. Please note that packing and shipping services are not available on Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays in Germany. Therefore, if an order is placed on Friday afternoon, it will likely be dispatched on the next week. There are times with unexpected volume and local national holidays, and that may delay the order.

 

  • Can I track my order?

Tracking is easy! You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is shipped. Sometimes, it may fall into the Junk box, so please check accordingly. For more inquiries, please contact connect@dynawhizz.com.

 

  • Will I have to pay duties & taxes?

Sales tax is included for parcels sent within members of the European Union (EU). Parcels sent to other international countries may be subject to local sales taxes, customs duties, and etc. Shipping services providers may also charge a handling fee for their time to handle customs clearance. These charges vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer. If assessed, these charges are separate from the product and shipping fee. The customer will be responsible for paying any duties, taxes & fees that may be required. These fees are typically collected by customs or the delivery agent directly. Customs policies vary widely for every country, so please check with your local customs and tax authority for information specific to your situation. Not knowing your country's regulations can result in your order incurring high import duties, the delivery being delayed, or even returned. Dynawhizz cannot be held responsible or accountable for any taxes, duties, tariffs, or any quarantine fees or package warehousing fees assessed by your local customs office.
